In compliance with Massachusetts state regulations, all Cannabis Dispensary employees must undergo mandated training. TēCA's accredited Massachusetts State Course, approved by the Cannabis Control Commission under 935 CMR 500.105 (2)(b), ensures that every employee involved in the handling and sale of marijuana for adult use completes Responsible Vendor Training within 90 days of hire. This comprehensive program, an annual requirement, covers vital aspects such as marijuana's effects on the human body, diversion prevention, compliance with seed-to-sale guidance, cannabis waste management, labeling, packaging, advertising regulations, key state laws and rules, licensee requirements, processes, guidelines, as well as cultural diversity. Successfully passing the course with a proficiency rating of 70% or higher is essential for compliance and maintaining the highest standards in the cannabis industry.
